We stayed there three years ago, small spaces, but level. We saw, at that time, the RVs older than ten years were not welcome. So, I guess no matter how well you keep your rig, it’s considered trailer trash after that.

Our RV is 8 years old, but now we’re informed it’s too short (25’ minimum).

That should be clearly stated in their advertisement - old and rich only need apply.
