Very clean and nice. Great laundry area and pool. Very nice people manage it very well. It also has a nice little play ground. We have stayed in many rv parks all over with my husband’s work. This by far is in my top 5 parks in Texas. Very relaxed and quiet but also kid and pet friendly. I can’t say enough good things about the pool area! My son learned to swim there! By far one of our favorites and hated to leave!
