I booked this property before the covid-19 virus and had to cancel due to doctor's order and state mandated lock down. They would not refund my prepayment, nor the cleaning fee, lodging taxes, pet fee or extra guest fee. They would not guarantee me a re-booking for another date. I gave them 72 days notice yet they refused to consider a fair compromise.
