Careful when booking. Their words don't match their actions.

I called and booked for a soccer tournament in town.

We enquired about canceling because we were not guaranteed to make the tournament but a lady on the phone assured us we could cancel within 3 days of the booking and they would fully refund us. Well, the team didn't make the tournament so we called and cancelled 6 days and 8 hours before our reservation and they changed their stance and kept half the booking fees because it was less than 7 days before the check in.

This is not a how a professional business is run.

Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of RV resorts in Bakersfield that will happily not steal your money.
