The biggest con is we booked and had a confirmation email with one price and when we arrived they raised the price without telling us and charged us a different amount. Stayed here for a month in a fifth wheel in a pull through site. The site was pretty narrow and took us a while to get into a decent level position in the center of it. Leaving, we couldn't avoid hitting tree branches which I told the maintenance guy about on the way out. Location isn't near much. Closest grocery stores have the bare essentials. Need to drive 25 minutes into Eugene for real shopping. You can walk to the lake and BBQ (decent) next door. I didn't find the hiking trails in the area very enjoyable. Would not go back.
Nice RV park. Stayed for a month. Adults only, but not limited to 55+.
Pros:
- Very inexpensive
- Great view of Mt. Rainier
- Quiet park
- Friendly staff
- Decent laundry facilities
Cons:
- Limited number of 50 amp sites
- Can't walk to anything (except very short walking trail on property)
- Sites are very tight together. We got a 37ft fifth wheel in, but it was not easy. (though they were very helpful helping us park)
- Driving distance to attractions we wanted to see was significant
