Tent sites were ok, but the closer bathhouse to the sites were “closed” when we visited. There was no signage to let us know to use the cabin bathrooms, or that potable water was only available from those bathrooms. Like other reviews mention, it could be tricky reaching the tent sites without 4 wheel drive. We bought firewood from the site but it was pretty wet (left out uncovered) making it hard to start a fire.

On the plus side, the tent sites are really large and feel secluded, and the site is relatively close to Shenandoah Natl Park.
