The amount is 525.00 mo, but that advance payment was not enough,they also wanted a lot of private and confidential information of who we are, wanting our social security info ,our work history consumer and criminal and credit information and wanted us to pay for each investigation for each occupants. That's a lot of private information for 2 senior citizens to give to strangers just to rent a peice of land for a month or 2. In addition they want a deposit. They could say the amount will vary depending on the consumer reports.We definitely will never stay at an RV park that is so intrusive to our personal information. It's not like we are seeking security, Federal or state employment with law enforcent.
