Campsite: Kinnikinnick - Sierra NF
The campsite is very close to the lake and well worth the reservation price. Make sure you reserve about half a year in advance because these sites fill up quick! Also bring warm clothing because it gets pretty cold at night.
There is plenty of room to go exploring, fishing, and swimming by the campsite.
