I was honestly floored by how great this park was. The camping was magnificent (site 98). The hiking options were enjoyable. Plenty of beach access. I will say there isn’t much in terms of shade so a hat, sunscreen, and skin coverage are crucial. The boats start early on the water so if you’re a light sleeper in a tent, take into consideration.

The bathroom facilities were spotless and the park ranger staff was helpful. We will be back!!
