Campsite: Archway RV Park
Great pricing, friendly staff/owner. Washer & dryer worked great and had an area either outside or inside you can sit at while clothes are washing. Gravel parking area with enough space between. Rental cabins and tiny home for rent. Had a dog run (didn't use) and play area for kids (didn't use). Not far off interstate but quiet. Lots of food options including grocery nearby. Have covered storage for boats, trailers and RV ask about options. Will stay here again.
Campsite: Douglas KOA
Great staff, beautiful area, close to town, 24/7 clean laundry facilities, Year round option... yup even in winter. Even our cockatoo had a great time landing on a Jackalope. Sunsets, moon rising were al a treat here. Had to do an update on my review. Lowered it to 4 stars because the bath house is not available to guests if their camper has a bathroom. It requires a code and we were told that it is expected for guests to use the facilities in their campers. Well what if 2 people in the same camper have a need for a bathroom at the same time. A deal breaker for us. The close the office daily for cleaning the bathroom yet everyone one in the campground has a camper with a bathroom. I did laundry and there were several men that were showering yet every camper had a bathroom.
