While trying to rent a home from this company, Roland was extremely rude to my fiancé. We were given the run around by Sharon who I thought was super nice but when she wasn’t available to speak with, Roland stepped in and from the moment he answered the phone, I didn’t like his attitude. Shortly after my fiancé hung up from talking to him, we were denied for the house we were interested in AFTER Sharon reassured us that “everything looked great!” I’m not as upset about being denied for the rental home as I am about the way Roland spoke to my fiancé. Of course my fiancé defended himself which made Roland even more rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
