This place has zero amenities and is drastically overpriced. No picnic tables, grilles, clubhouse, laundry or even lawn games. Bring absolutely everything you need. There is a small chain link area that is labeled dog park but so far we have only seen the trailer next to it leave their two big dogs in it all day. Wifi is spotty at best towards the back of the park as there are no repeaters installed. The bathrooms are decent but have no air so they are hot.

We are a coast to coast member and they aim to honor that but they charge a $35 resort fee and $6 for electric a day. With the coast to coast fee it brings the cost to what is advertised on their site as daily rates. Not much of a discount.
