I currently live now been here the since end of May don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I couldn't be more happy. Phillip the camp ground manager is awesome. He has really looked out for me. I'm still learning with my camper. My power breaker went out couple nights ago and it was fixed the next day. No cost to me or service cost. I just called and let know there was problem. He lives on site so if there problem just let know. It's also beautiful campsite they rent long term and month to month some people have been 25 years. It doesn't really have admities but it makes up for peace and quiet. It backs up to woods and neighbors are amazing to. We try to lookout for each other.
