Campsite: Teanaway Campground

On our cross-country road trip from Georgia to Bellingham, this campground was by far our most favourite!

We happened to be there for the first majorly hot day. Couldn’t have been more thrilled to have an epically cold river to dip into. And with all that dust kicking up from trucks driving by… and the pollen puffs that floated everywhere from early morning, it was incredible to wash off in the river.

I found it was so odd to see few fire rings for the amount of tent space. For times like these when we need to keep distance from strangers, this campground has loads of space between each site. That was really great!

Don’t forget to get your Discovery Pass!

$30/annual fee.

Oh and I don’t know if it depends on the carrier but we had no cell reception.
