Friendly staff...the grounds and buildings are in significant disrepair and in need of some work. The lodge and game room was fun...outdated and in need of some freshening up. The cave tour was a bit pricey for the limited experience. The cave was fascinating but a bit over-rated. Our neighbors did not respect our rented lot space...letting their children and dogs run around. We had some neighbor's loose dogs run into our lot which caused a tussle with our leashed dog. Overall, our experience was okay...probably will not make a return trip.
