We are tent campers, but reserved a spot in the general campground. the site was not level, gravelly, windy and just not welcoming. So we tried the tent only campground down the road, but it had no water. Back to the first campground. We eventually chose a site lower down that was almost level and had one pine tree to keep us dry-it rained that night. We never saw a camp host and our original site was not labeled as being reserved. We had planned on staying two nights, but left in the morning. Do not tent camp here!
