Reside somewhere else, to expensive and not appealing either. Tried to get my deposit back since July and no return of it let alone an explanation. If you decide to rent from here don't go in the hole. Ants, privacy fence down, sewer smell on occasions, limited washer and dryers. And from the looks of it they used my deposit to pave the entrance. Best of luck if you do.
