Campsite: Kerrville-Schreiner Park

Great park. Trails are fantastic. Only downfall is the over abundance of stickers. They are everywhere and get carried into the rv quite easily.

Campsite: Paisano Village RV Park & Inn

Loved our two weeks there! So close to Big Bend NP. People who run it are super lovely. Grocery shop in walking distance. Would stay again! The sunset views there are stunning too!

Campsite: The Hippie Crippler Ranch

This park is a hidden gem! One of the best state parks I've been to and we have hit a bunch! Primitive camping here is fantastic as the ones up in the high clearance 4 wheeling areas are by themselves and with some incredible views. Loved hiking here. Those dark skies are something else and those sunrises are just as amazing. The people at the visitors centers are so helpful. I can't say enough about it! I would say it's just as good as the National Park

Campsite: Loma Paloma RV Park

This place has all your basic needs. Nothing fancy but perfect for heading into Bug Bend Ranch State Park. Owner is such a funny lady. They have a gathering every afternoon which I can guarantee a few laughs. We hadn't been able to receive packages on the road for ages and they had no problems with us getting stuff there. Price is great. Local area has a grocery store well priced for a small community. Dollar general and dollar tree for cheap items. Can border cross into Mexico for lunch. When we are back here again I know exactly where I'm staying. Also the camp hosts are great people too!
