Nice location tucked away in hills & trees. Clean, well kept. Firm rules, but that's what keeps this place nice. I would recommend to anyone coming in the area to work or leisure. 10 min outside of Gilroy & Mission San Juan Baptista, safe and no transients. Nice place to vacation with friends and family. Gated and monitored. Store in the front office with a lot of supplies and food items. Prices are reasonable. Laundry services are affordable. Friendly staff. They have storage for your RV, so when you have to leave, your RV is safe. During holidays like 4th of July & Labor Day they have a live band and food for their guests. We stayed at another RV location in Gilroy, and Betabel is so much cleaner, and did I mention SAFE.
