I received two precious bracelets from Moon Child for my birthday. Unfortunately because they were both very delicate, they broke soon after wearing them. I went into the store to explain my situation and the owner was so sweet and immediately offered to fix. Not only did she fix the bracelets free of charge, she explained how she would reinforce them a different way so they'd be stronger for future wears. When I went to pick them up, the bracelets were fixed and she even added extra stones which made the bracelets even cuter. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her willingness to help me out. What amazing customer service!
