I am not sure where the last reviewer was, as the lake was full and many of the trenches were also. Summer isnt the best time to bird the area, but we saw yellow-hearded, Red-winged and Brewers blackbirds. Lots of ducks, pelicans and saw a field filled with hundreds of Ibis. It was worth the drive. See they are doing some dredging to repair the wetland and that will be great.
