This is a nice state park, although I do wish Vermont would put power into some sites. My dogs would enjoy the AC on hot days.

The campsite is a nice size and I’m not far from the beach, but don’t think sandy. As another reviewer stated, the *best* beach for skipping stones as the beach is filled with flat stones.

The lean to’s seem pretty nice and placed through out the park.

I peeked into the shower house rooms and they looked nice, $1 for a 10 minute shower is great. If only I had brought quarters! Each shower is its own room with a lock. Plenty of handicap access showers.
