We stopped here unexpectedly because of the high winds pulling our camper was getting difficult and didn't want to risk driving anymore. We just wanted to stop, stay for the night, and try again the next day. But when we got here, the lady who was cleaning the bathrooms was very rude to my husband. It was 1pm, and even though we didn't have a reservation and we knew check-in wasn't until 2 p.m., We just wanted to see if they had any spots left, if so we would make reservations and then come back.

The lady didn't even want to hear my husband out. All she said (rudely) was, "Check in is 2. I'm the only one here. Check-in is 2! Come back or park and wait. "

Well, being work campers, we know that things can be stressful or short staffed. However, being patient and friendly with customers even when short staffed drives your business, which we will not be giving them ours. Sad because that KOA looked nice. We went down the road, found a different campground, paid less, and it's quiet and nice.
