Gorgeous wilderness area with hills and vistas and various trails to explore. Mostly wide, dirt-packed trails across open hills that makes for easy going. Exposed (no tree cover), so it can be hot on sunny days, but that also means it’s usually not overly muddy even when there’s been a lot of rain. Dogs are allowed off leash on most trails as long as the cows aren’t out grazing.
