Kathy is an amazing manager. She is very nice and professional. She works very hard to keep the community clean and a place all residents are proud of. Keep up the amazing job Kathy.

Also on Tuesday Kathy went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having trouble resolving myself. This was far beyond the details of her job but she did it and it was so appreciated.
