Neato!!

So cool to visit this film set from Big Fish! I love the line full of dangling shoes when you walk through the trees into the town! It’s on an island and the remoteness of the location, surrounded by water, truly gives this place a otherworldly feeling. I imagine the location scout that discovered the island was jumping for joy.

The old buildings have a lot of character as the paint peels and there are some cool photo opportunities.

And the goats!! We witnessed a whole goat parade and it was the highlight of my week! I wish we’d brought some alfalfa pellets to feed them.

Perfect road trip stop on our journey across the Southeast.
