Currently living here: it's only been one month and I'm already having issues. The manager of the park is supposed to notify all tenants when water, trash, and sewage is due by placing a notice on our doors, yet this month she did not. Now she's trying to late fee not only my husband and me, but a few others too.

I find that extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. When I called on the 8th to ask why I hadn't received my notice she simply said "Oh yeah I'll post that you owe a late fee now." I asked her why since I never received a notice and she said, "Oh that's too bad, you should have known to call if you didn't get a notice. It's your fault and you'll have to pay the late fee now."
