Well marked except the blue and green on the map are indistinguishable unless you google and download the Cheesequake trail map. Nonetheless the actual trail is well marked and not difficult nor long at all. Max length if you follow any one trail is perhaps 3 miles so you really can't get lost as long as you can walk.
