I have been soooo mesmerized by the atmosphere, natural beauty, and brotherly love of this campground since my first visit to the Roost in the spring of this year. That’s saying a LOT for a woman who was new to the biker scene—I was welcomed with open arms and have never had a more amazing experience anywhere else on earth! The owners, Pam and David Lucas, are the kindest, most down to earth and fun people you will ever meet, always there to lend a helping hand (the other campers do as well) or offer suggestions. I don’t want to leave out Shannon, the grounds keeper who always has a smile to share with campers and keeps everything tidy❣️. The Halloween party and pot luck dinner was a BLAST this past weekend-we all appreciate the time and energy that goes into organizing, decorating and preparing for a big celebration. Take time to visit the Roost-the beauty of the premises will take your breath away, the sound of the river will sing you to sleep, the surrounding backroads are perfect for exploring, and I guarantee that the positive, relaxed vibe will bring you back again and again 🙌! I’m looking forward to making many more memories there 🥰!
