This is simply a gravel parking lot for overnighters. Full hookups work well. But the placement of the monuments is odd. They're in the center of the space and that makes it difficult to back in and be able to hook up. They should have been installed at the rear of each space. As for wi-fi, I easily found the router but no information was sent to me regarding the password. I left a message with the phone number given but got no answer.
