This is a most rustic and idyllic location. However, the gps took us down a road that our camper couldn't navigate. The covered bridge is only 8' high, and currently closed to all but foot traffic. Make sure you read the directions on their site before heading here! You have to come in from Willenmoc / Debruce roads!

We understand that this campground was just bought last year and needed a lot of work. It still needs a lot of cleanup. The managers Louis and Caitlyn were very nice and helpful! They are having a bit of a problem with the electrical, so you might want to call before booking.

The bath house was just updated. Although we didn't need to use the showers, I would have liked to!

We enjoyed our walk along the riverside! Caitlyn told us about the waterfall, but we took the wrong path and missed it... Maybe next time!

Overall... Extremely quiet, except for the birds and river!

THERE WAS NO WIFI except directly in front of the office. We use T-Mobile and the entire area had terrible signal.

We drove into the very small town down the road. Got fuel and stopped at the grocery and package stores. Wanted to go to the brewery, but were there too early. The general store just up the road didn't have much to choose from other than basic necessities.

This is beautiful location if you want to completely disconnect and enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful setting! I know we did!
