Nice quiet place to live or for a short stay. Country atmosphere in the city limits of a still small but growing town.

Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves at this RV park but are very friendly. Owner is very nice. It's close to all you need .... Groceries, gas convenience stores etc. And in case others in your party don't have an RV the park is walking distance from the only motel in town. Location is right in the center of several popular fishin' lakes; Bob Sandlin, Cypress Springs , Fork, Quitman, Winnsboro. Lots to do downtown which is only about a 3 -5 minute drive depending on traffic and time of day and there you'll find antique and thrift shops, lots of good eateries and usually always something happening downtown.
