This was a nice state park. However, if you have a big rig, please do not reserve spots around site 91. The sites are decent size, but getting to them and getting out them was terrifying for me. We are 35ft travel trailer, not too small and not too big, but we bottomed out on the hill, and if you see the scrape marks, so does EVERYBODY ELSE. Making the turn was tricky as you can see by the tree, (not made by us), a lot of people hit that too. The hill is about a 30% slope, make sure your truck has the capacity to go back up that hill. These sites only have water and electric with a dump station at the top of the hill. It was off season, so it was pretty quiet, but these sites are right near the grounds keeping maintenance sheds as well, and they do make noise with their equipment. I don't know how this place is in the summer, but it didn't look family friendly to me. The clerk at the check in booth really didn't seem to care very much about his job, (again, off season) but I have never encountered a check in attendant at any park, any where we have traveled, that didn't have a welcoming smile on their face; except this one. I guess everyone is entitled to bad days. We stayed here because it was close to the Natural Arch Scenic Area and Cumberland Falls.
