Horrible Management. It should be called Patty's Social Club cause if you don't fit in good luck getting in. Resident's are terrified of her. The gym was so filthy, Everytime I went to work out I got sick with a migraine and sinus cold. After asking management and maintenance to clean it I went ahead and cleaned it myself. I knew it was bad but when I mopped the floor mud came up. I don't think it had been mopped in many months maybe a year since I was there a year before I couldn't take it anymore. I had a few conversations with other residents and was surprised at how many people felt the same way but we're to afraid to complain. They didn't want to make Patty mad. Well after I cleaned the workout room, which took me 2 hours longer then I expected due to the fifth, Patty rode her golf cart over to our house to confront me and not to say thank you or apologize that it was so dirty, she yelled at me and then started locking up the pool and rec area at 11:00. She claimed it was because homeless people were sneaking in but I've never seen homeless people on that property in the 3 years we lived there. She is a horrible human. Resident's that are elderly and possible Ill, who just want to work out and hopefully get better are made to work out in a dirty, dusty, gym that never once had a machine wipe down in the 3 yes we were there much less the floor cleaned. I hope that this information will save some people from moving there. It's a death trap and when you die she gets your stuff. My friend whom I lived with there died in July from heat exposure, in his house! I live in Zion so I tried to go to see what happened. She had the guys at the gate turn everyone that he knew away. I was coming back in November so I had most of my belongings still there but she stopped me from getting my things and wouldn't even admit he was dead. I have spoken to an attorney and hopefully I can change some of the atrocities going on at Fiesta RV Resort so it doesn't happen to someone else.
