Such a lovely campground! I stayed just one night (6/7/23) and there were more than enough beautiful sites to choose from. The camp hosts were so amazing, kind, helpful, and hospitable. They were like the sweet Mom and Pop of the campground and made it feel like home. They let us know that if we ever needed anything, not to hesitate to swing by to ask for assistance.

There was potable water and vaulted toilets. The restroom was very clean. Usually I hate using vaulted toilets due to the horror show you see and smell once you lift the lid, but there was absolutely none of that here. These restrooms were immaculate and I had no qualms about using them. There are nice trails to take, and if your a mushroom enthusiast like me, there's plenty of mushy's to look at. 10/10, would stay here again. I'm looking forward to my next stay. I'm just bummed that it's FCFS, because I'd hate to drive all the way up here in the summer just to find out it's full. I wish there was an online reservation option.
