Built in 1968 and the condition is very well maintained. Only wish would be for some road resurfacing and some cracked slabs. Other than that this is a jewl of a RV PARK. The best in the Lafayette area. The best laundry room at any RV park I have ever been to. Bath house is very clean and easy everything is in good working condition

Parking spaces are nice and large and level with a nice cement area for your outside space. I wish that more RV parks would take pride as they do here

This is the cleanest place that I have ever stayed with my RV. the pads are long and wide. Wifi is strong and the facilities are good. I wish LOVES had more of these

A no frills place to stay for the night while traveling very easy on and off the freeway access. Very inexpensive close to a few stores and restaurants and gas stations. Manager lady was very friendly and helpful
