Beautiful campground with great views and Dan is a great Host! My wife and I were there on Sept. 2021 for a day with our 2 kids. We had a great time walking through the trails and enjoyed the beautiful views to the mountain range. It is quiet and very peaceful, there's also several trails to choose from. Dan has firewood for sale at a low cost too. Everything is awesome, highly recommended!!

When we got there I remember Dan told us that it was supposed to be one of the coldest nights of the year, and kindly offered us a portable gas heater for our kids... I declined, but he was right, it was really cold. He went back and handed us the heater when we needed it the most. So we're really really grateful with him for that, fine gentleman! We spoke to him the next morning and gave us advice about what to do next on our trip and just about life in general. We'll be going back soon!
