This is such a beautiful area that means so much to myself and my family. Over the past couple years we have watched the new camp hosts ruin the campground and the experience of campers here. I highly recommend camping outside of the campground just to avoid the camphosts and their power trip. When camping in the campground, expect the hosts to walk through your camp without notice/rummage around your things while you're gone/and threaten to call the cops as soon as they meet you. You can follow all the rules and the hosts will still greet you with a threat of calling the cops if you "choose to act up." The inconvenience of camping outside of the campground is absolutely worth it if it avoids interactions with the hosts.
