Campsite: Grand View RV Park - Camping - Cafe

This roadside park has 25 RV sites with a mix of water/electric and full hook up plus 3 tent sites. The sites are average size on level gravel pads. There is zero cell phone service but the Wifi worked pretty well for email and searches. Looked at the cafe menu which consists of burgers, sandwiches, and pizza but did not eat there. The area attraction appears to be visiting the Matanuska Glacier. The bathhouse has $3 showers for 9 minutes and takes quarters.

Campsite: Blu-Shastin RV Park

A family owned park by a creek set in a mixed forest of evergreen and deciduous trees with large full hook up sites. The layout, management, the other guests, and the wild turkeys wandering through the park give it a good feel. The pads are natural with a sprinkling of fine gravel. Cell service is poor and the Wifi only works up close to the office. The bathhouse is very dated with concrete floors but is functional and cleaned daily. There is a pool, laundry, playground, volleyball net, horseshoe pits, and a big screen TV in the lobby to watch games, etc.

Campsite: Norwest RV Park

A small well managed park with average sized full hook up sites on concrete pads with grass between. Mostly pull through sites. The bathhouse is up to date, clean and functional. The Wifi is good as is the cell data. There is a laundry room. You can hear the constant drone of the interstate and there is a railroad within earshot with just a couple of freight trains per day. We did not find either annoying as the noise quickly became white noise. The grass was a bit brown during out visit due to local watering restrictions.
