This is a great trail. It is not usually crowded. After the first few miles I was able to let my dog off it's leash and she loved running about. The trail is not very difficult to navigate with hardly any hills to speak off. The ground is easy on the feet and legs because there usually is a soft covering of pine needles to cushion your steps. Nice easy enjoyable way to spend an afternoon in the outdoors
