I may be a bit bias as my wife worked here for the past three years, however, we adopted a mini teddy bear goldendoodle from Janet eight years ago, and I can share first hand the hard work and effort that Okefeild puts into what they do. From selecting parents that have exceptional temperaments to the quality of training and conditioning each puppy receives. My mini, named Darcy, is incredibly sweet, intelligent and well behaved. I never could have imagined that sound conditioning or exposure to medical equipment at a young age would matter, however, a year after adopting her I was in a severe accident that left me in a wheel chair for over two years and hand crutches for two years after that. In and out of hospitals, little Darcy stayed by my side and was a huge part of my recovery. She followed me around the house, right by my wheelchair and provided comfort and companionship that I've never experienced with another dog. I thought Darcy was just special, however, now I fully understand that her temperament and behavior are attributed to the exceptional start in life she received. We cant thank Okefeild enough for our special girl.
