We stayed at Lake Quinault Lodge the last night of our honeymoon and what a perfect way to go out! The lodge itself is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what you’d expect from a national park lodge. We shared a bottle of wine looking over the lake followed by a lovely dinner. After dinner we sat on the beach and watched bats fly around the lake as we watched the sun set over the water. Our room had a fireplace and a lake view and was exactly what we needed. And the lodge was so close to many hikes. We went to the other side of lake quinault and found a ton of amazing, less-traveled parks that made us feel like we were the only ones in the park (plus we saw bears). The staff were also wonderful and so helpful (even heated up some leftover Chinese food we had)
