We had a lovely and clean rv spot next to the river. The views were awesome. There's a lot of traffic noise but if you can get past that it was very pleasant.

Pontoon boat experience was definitely a 1 star. No shade. $70 per hour. Can't swim from the boat. Paint on the plywood was peeling and chipped. Also there was very old weathered fishing line with a Large barb hook included! Thank God I found it before our puppy did.
