We stayed here for 5 nights in September. It is a perfect location if you want to go to the North Carolina Zoo like we did. The park is easy to navigate around without worrying about trees. It is definitely big rig friendly. We have a 43 foot fifth wheel and had no issues getting around the park. The sites are big with plenty of room to park your vehicle and still have a lot of room. There are hiking trails on the property which were great to run or walk. Our dogs love the trails and the dog park. We would definitely recommend this park and hope to return in the near future.
