I have stayed at this campground a few times over the years. This one could use some care. The pads in phase 1 are on little hills and are eroding and the hill to get into that area is killer. There are lots of trees and it’s pretty quiet. It seems like Thousand Trails are cultivating long term campers (full time renters) and permanently occupied sites now as there were probably 50% uninhabited RVs parked. It was difficult to find the little roads leading to the sites. There hours be marker and directional posts. The bathroom was cleaned but the shower drain was clogged and slippery. No Handicap accessible bars in the shower. The new manager sent a maintenance guy out to clear the drain right away. I think the new manager was on top of things, but it’s going to be a long road to get this campground up to par.
