Owners kept word on tree trimming....i know I will rest easier not wondering about damages or injury as much...The $100 lot increase and 30 day notice are legal under FL statutes....former employee told me they checked other parks to get"fair market value"....guess they don't care that other parks also have amenities like laundries and showers etc.....the fact they have not given us rental agreements was nice touch....lets them do what they want..in respect to RV slots....we don't have up to code electric boxes or water/sewer pipes so I am pretty sure all we can look forward to from these owners is more grief....that's cold to do this to people that barely have enough check to pay rent!!!!....or ability to move....what do we expect from owner who had class action suit for unfair labor practices brought against in AL??they probably will get us all out soon......which I would expect from someone with the gall to run charitable org and treat people this way
