We’ve been camping at Fowler’s for the past 7-8 years, at least once a year. I checked out the reviews to see if there was mention of bear activity prior to our trip this year just to be prepared. We were hesitant to make the trip after reading some of the recent reviews regarding there not being hosts and people not being courteous of other campers. We decided to go ahead and go. I have to say it was quite possibly our best trip there, yet. Everyone was very respectful of each other and followed the campground rules , the bathrooms near our camp site (31B) were cleaner than we’ve seen them in recent years and the dumpsters were empty when we arrived. It remains one of our favorites!! (If I had to come up with a complaint it would be people that don’t keep their dogs on leashes and the bees! The bees were thick when food came out!)
