We have lived here for 3+ years, and enjoy the ammenities and quiet neighborhood. Tammy is a great Manager, always available for questions and concerns. Enjoy group functions organized with neighbors.

Could be much better if it was a gated 55+ community with electric gates to keep out non-residents wandering around and trying to use the facilities.
