We are NJ residents and wanted to go to Cape May for the day and just finished our short 1 night stay here. Was a little let down on the attention to detail especially for an Airstream only campground. First, this facility is mostly for full season Airstreamers that literally "park" there for the entire season. There are only 3 guests (non member camp sites) all VERY tight and had difficulty pulling in without moving tree branches and shrubbery out of the way. We have a 2022 27' Flying Cloud. I wasn't about to scratch our new unit that was just ceramic coated on the entire exterior. Plus they have the rally field if you so chose but doesn't have sewer hookup there. We were at site E-21 which was the better of the 3 sites I thought. The cable didn't work and and wifi was barely usable though. Only 30amp service as well which popped at the pedestal several times just running our single A/C and microwave. My A/Cs also have MicroAir Easy starts installed which barely pull any power to run compared to standard A/C. If we had our bikes on the roof of the TV we would have hit the branches quite significantly. On the way out and exiting the campground, I had to have my son pull another pine tree branch out of the way as I drove forward to avoid it hitting and scratching the top nose of our Airstream. Bare bones facility though do agree it was very peaceful. Bathrooms were super clean. Surprised to see some very old and non-maintained Airstreams on the premises. Looked like an Airstream graveyard in certain spots. I would die if I let my unit get that bad on the maintenance side.
Unlikely we would stay here again as there are better options in the area with more amenities but the large issue for me was the space factor to getting in and out of the campground so you don't scratch your unit.
