Horrible Service - Website is not up to date. Phone system does not work to call for information or updates on local conditions or "burn bans" and amenities. It's been 2 weeks since I first tried to contact this location. It has been 7 days since I asked the member service representative to contact me. The email I received back was short, rude, and vague. "We do not provide a concierge service and you should look into local news and updates before traveling". Guess what Todd, I did and I called the camp ground to ask about the burn ban and pools being open.

Even today, a week after the Lewis County Burn Ban was lifted their website reflects a burn ban is in effect. Don't plan on going camping here if you want to enjoy a camp fire, or the amenities. The staff is rude and there is no means of contact via phone or email. But, as they say "Happy Camping". I'm sorry, I am not a happy camper due tot he lack of communication and customer service provided.
